Singapore Lor Mee originated from South Chinese Hokkien Dish. A bowl
of thick yellow noodle, covered in thickened seafood soup. Normal
toppings will include braised pork belly, ngoh hiang, fried fish,
grated garlic and a dash of black vinegar.
