A Wedding Anniversary is a special day for a married couple. It is a significant date to remember, count your blessings and to renew your commitments to each other. I was fortunate enough to win One Night Weekend Stay at Premier / Signature Club Room (With Club Benefits) from Orchard Hotel for my participations in their Facebook photo 'Snap, Eat, Win' contest. So we decided to use it for our Wedding Anniversary celebrations.

Cook and Brew ('C&B') is the latest dining concept by Westin, making its debut in Singapore. YES!! In case you have not heard, WESTIN is back in Singapore after 12 years hiatus from this red dot. C&B is a gastro-bar located on the 33^rd floor of Asia Square Tower 2, which provide a beautiful scenic view of Marina Bay. It serves a modern interpretation of bar comfort food infuse with local flair, not to mention extensive selections of wine and beers.

Keisuke Tonkotsu King – One of The Best

Tonkotsu Ramen is my favourite type of ramen. The rich and robust milky white broth, derived from long hours of simmering pork bones and other ingredients that the chef decided to dump into it, always have a special affinity with me. The milky richness and gelatinous (fat) sensation when you first sip that broth with the ramen, to me it is a true comfort food. If there is a ever a phrase of Slurp Me, Slurp Me, Slurp Me!! this will be the right time to use it.
