Check out this video to see what you can expect from the recharged version of the Supercharged Sunday Brunch:

Highlights from Supercharged Sunday Brunch will include:

Egg with Attitude

Eggs with Attitude. The organic poached eggs are cooked on demand, served on half muffin and generous glaze of hollandaise sauce. My personal favourite is the foie gras parcels topping plus the crispy pancetta. The orange colour yolk oozing out when you cut through the eggs is like an invitation to salivate this dish. What an egg indulgence.

Surf and Turf. The latest addition to Oscar's Sunday Brunch. The outdoor charcoal bbq will served you unlimited grilled lobster and prime cut ribeye.

The Trio Roast Station. During our visit, we had Roasted Beef Ribeye, Roasted London Duck and Filipino-style Spanish Suckling Pig. I manage to get medium rare cut of roasted beef and it was just perfect. Tender, meaty but succulent. The solid pinkish meat goes well with the au jus and organic baby carrots. The duck is juicy and succulent. For the suckling pig, I will like it better if the skin is crisper.

Seafood & Sashimi. The bread and butter of luxurious buffet, the extensive spread of cold seafood which includes 4 type of oysters, lobsters, shells and crabs plus the sashimi.

Desserts. Oscar's have refreshed their line up of desserts. Paying homage to Executive Pastry Chef Florent Castagnos' hometown in the Basque region in France is traditional rum Gâteau Basque with vanilla sauce. It has a solid, crisp pie like exterior filled with light rum custard. The vanilla sauce just adds a touch of creaminess to the dessert. The fondness of the this dessert will just slowly grow in you. The other desserts that we like are the Strawberries Lavender Shortcake and Précieux framboise raspberry chocolate that combine rich solid chocolate crème with rich acidity from the raspberry.

For guests who top up with the alcoholic brunch package, a special treat of Gin & Tonic awaits you. This includes free-flow of customised Gin & Tonics, including liquid nitrogen Gin sorbet. Watch the mixologist in action as he prepares premium Gin & Tonics. On the side of the bar, chef uses liquid nitrogen to turn the Gin concoction into sorbet, which is an indulgence on its own or finished with East Imperial tonics to create a unique Gin & Tonic experience.

Cheese Station

Overall, it seems Oscar's has outdone itself again. If you ever wonder why you need to book well in advance for Sunday Brunch in Oscar's, the highlights of the dishes above summed it all. So if you are looking to “Recharge” yourself for the new week, check out Oscar's Sunday Brunch.
